We are looking for an organised administrator supporting the smooth day-to-day operations in a kaupapa-driven kura, helping deliver meaningful outcomes for our young people and their whānau. Play a key role supporting services for whānau and community

• You bring strong administration experience and a commitment to supporting tamariki and rangatahi to reach their goals. You are organised, reliable, and motivated to contribute within a kaupapa-driven environment alongside Ngāti Toa.
• You will be well practiced in managing competing priorities with strong organisational skills using standard office systems and processes confidently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Working collaboratively within a team environment
• Supporting effective communication across teams and key kaupapa partners
Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role
As the Kaiwhakarite – Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our new school Kura Toa, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office. You will support communication, coordination, and system implementation that enable the kura to function efficiently and effectively. This role will assist with financial administration responsibilities where appropriate.
You will:
• Provide end-to-end administrative support to Kura Toa
• Maintain organised records and document management systems
• Support office coordination and operational administration
• Provide financial administration support
• Embed kaupapa Māori and organisational values into learning design
• Contribute to efficient systems and continuous improvement
