The Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira Board is the critical link between the aspirations of the iwi and the strategic delivery of the Rūnanga. They are the representative body of the iwi, with a varied range of skills and expertise.

Our Board comprises of one representative from each of the four Marae within our rohe and four iwi elected representatives as voted by iwi members.

Āti Awa Toa Hauora Partnership Board has been established to represent the health and wellbeing needs, aspirations and interests of te iwi o Ngāti Toa, te iwi o Te Āti Awa and all Māori living within the Kapiti, Porirua, Wellington and Hutt Valley regions. 

As an independent rōpū selected by representatives from Ngāti Toa and Te Āti Awa, the Āti Awa Toa Hauora Partnership Board will design and deliver Māori health plans that support health reforms and create intergenerational change and a significant shift from illness to wellness for all Māori.   

Additional to this mahi, the Board will also monitor the Māori Health Authority and Health NZ to understand how the health system is performing in meeting the needs and aspirations of all Māori living in our rohe.

Te Kāhui Hauora o Te Tauihu is an independent Board, selected to represent the interests and deliver the health and wellbeing aspirations, needs and expectations of all whānau living in Te Tauihu.

Made up of representatives from Te Tauihu o Te Waka-a-Māui - Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō, Rangitāne, Ngāti Rārua, Ngāti Kuia, Ngāti Tama, Ngāti Koata. Ngāti Toa Rangatira and Te Ātiawa, the moemoeā of Te Kāhui o Te Tauihu is:
