Volunteers make a huge contribution to our community, through manaakitanga and mahi aroha we not only help to improve the lives of those who need it most in our community, we also enhance our own lives.
Making a difference for our community
Te Umu ki Rangituhi runs three different services. We have our social supermarket, Pātaka kai, which provide kai parcels out to whānau and food rescue.
Volunteers are crucial to the success of our three services. Our volunteers help assist with operations. Volunteers allows individuals to make a difference in the lives of whānau and the wider community who are in need of essentials, such as kai.
