Due to two incumbent Directors’ tenures expiring, Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira is seeking expressions of interest from iwi members to be appointed as Ngāti Toa representatives on the above board.
Ngati Toa Limited is the company that manages the Paekakariki Holiday Park on behalf of the Rūnanga. The Holiday Park is managed on a day-to-day basis by a Park Manager.
This is a governance role, not an operational position. The Board provides strategic oversight of the Holiday Park and monitors organisational and financial performance, while day-to-day operations are managed by the Park Manager. Applicants should preferably have experience in either budgeting and finance or human resources management.
The tenure term is 3 years. The position is remunerated.
