Porirua City Council are holding three drop-in session for flood mapping in Mana and Pukerua Bay. On behalf of Porirua City Council, Wellington Water has created two flood maps to show the impacts of flooding in Mana and Pukerua Bay. These maps will eventually inform Porirua City Council’s District Plan.

 To ensure our maps are correct, we’d like to confirm that they match the lived experience of people who live in Porirua and in these neighborhoods.

There will be three community drop-in sessions during the week of 27 October 2025 (more details below):

• Tuesday 28 October, 7–9pm – St Barnabas Church, Mana

• Thursday 30 October 7–9pm – St Mark’s Church, Pukerua Bay

• Saturday 1 November 10am to 12pm – Pātaka Art + Museum
