You will join a collaborative team that supports the delivery of projects and change initiatives across the organisation.
The team work alongside leaders, operation teams, and external partners to improve capability, strengthen services, and deliver positive outcomes for whānau and communities.


Working across a diverse range of sectors including health, social services, education, employment, housing, property, and environmental initives, the team values partnership, practical delivery, and continuous improvement. We take a people-centred approach to our work and support each other to navigate complexity, adapt to change, and deliver meaningful results.

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role
The PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that improve organisational capability, processes, and outcomes across a broad and evolving portfolio of work.

In this role, you will
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring they are on track, within scope, and aligned to organisational priorities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support effective engagement, governance reporting, and informed decision making.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting timely escalation and corrective action where required.
• Support the adoption and embedding of change working with teams to ensure project outcomes transition smoothly into business as usual.
• Contribute to organisational improvement, sharing lessons learned and supporting the development of effective project and change practices.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of initiatives, build strong relationships, and contribute to work that makes a real difference across the organisation and the communities it serves.

• Project planning, coordination, and delivery across the project lifecycle

• Managing risks, issues, and competing priorities in a practical, solutions-focused way
