We’re proud to introduce Māhutonga - the Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency delivered by Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira, dedicated to supporting whānau wellbeing and self-determination across our rohe.

 

Rooted in the mātauranga, values, and legacy of Ngāti Toa Rangatira, you will join a team that works alongside providers, communities, and whānau to enable holistic, whānau-led solutions that reflect the strengths and aspirations of our people.

 

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role

The Executive Assistant Board Secretariat is responsible for:

·       Manaaki – developing and living out our networks with the team, whānau and hāpori

·       End to end executive administrative support - taking initiative to coordinate and proactively steady the waka to keep our mahi on track

·       Governance support – providing exceptional secretariat support to our Investment and other relevant boards

Well, after hearing about us and about the role, you’ll know whether you’re the right person, and whether now is the right time for you. Your high-level experience and professional expertise in executive assistance is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngāti Toa.  Of course, you’ll be well practiced with/in

·       Diary management and correspondence

·       Governance administrative preparation

·       Working in a Māori environment and supporting kaupapa Māori
