The Team Lead Mauriora is responsible for ….
Leading a Team of Counsellors/Clinicians who are working with some of the most vulnerable whanau.
Supporting your team to access and connect with appropriate services, ensuring their voices are heard and choices respected.
Assessing needs and risks to ensure safe and timely pathways to a working environment.
Linking clients with the most appropriate services in the community.
Collaborating with community providers to provide support and pathways.
Contributing to the ongoing development of services that reflect Kaupapa Māori values and meet community needs.
Contributing your ideas to help shape how this role evolves to best meet the needs of our clients.
