You are a Nurse Practitioner who is committed to equity, grounded in community care, and excited by innovation and teamwork. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a warm, relational approach to your clinical practice.

You’ll bring experience in:

·       Providing general practice and patient-centred care

·       Working within multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes

·       Building long-term, trusting relationships with whānau

Most importantly, you believe in health as a collective kaupapa — where medicine is compassionate, culturally safe, and community-led.

 

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the position

You’ll be based in Waitangirua at our newly refurbished building, home to one of our fully accredited Cornerstone practices. This is a rare opportunity to provide care to whānau across generations and become part of the whakapapa of this resilient, diverse community.

You’ll work alongside a supportive and experienced clinical team including General Practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, health improvement practitioners, and others. Our model is wraparound, well-integrated, and designed to deliver better outcomes for whānau.

You’ll be responsible for:

-       Providing high-quality, whānau-centred general practice services

-       Working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team

-       Actively contributing to our mission to reduce health inequities.

-       Participating in ongoing learning and innovation
