Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira is seeking expressions of interest from iwi members to be appointed to this board.

Ika Toa Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rūnanga that was established as a Fisheries Asset Holding Company under the Maori Fisheries Act to receive fisheries settlement quota shares on behalf of Ngāti Toa Rangatira.

Directors of Ika Toa play an important role in overseeing the receipt of Annual Catch Entitlement (ACE)and the trading of ACE. Fisheries expertise is preferred, but not mandatory. In January 2026
