You will join a team of people leaders, committed to working alongside rangatahi in care and the community,
providing leadership, support and advocacy for Care Services and Te Runanga o Toa Rangatira.

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role
The Team Lead is responsible for
• Providing leadership and guidance to the team in charge of our rangatahi
• Budgeting, rostering, problem solving, planning and reporting
• Develop and implement plans and processes that ensure the support and care of tamariki/rangatahi in the Whare

Ko ngā wheako ōu | About you

Your high-level experience and professional expertise in care service is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngāti Toa. Of course, you’ll be well practiced with/in
• People leadership
• Basic budgeting knowledge and understanding
• Knowledge and understanding of tikanga Māori
