Pōwhiri – Thursday 15th May at Hongoeka Marae

We will be welcoming our new tauira with a pōwhiri at Hongoeka Marae. If you are waewae tapu (have not yet been formally welcomed onto the marae), you will need to attend the pōwhiri to be officially welcomed.

Wātaka – Schedule for the Day

• 11:30am: Pōwhiri

• 12:00pm: Kai

• 12:30 – 1:30pm: Hui ki te wharenui

• 2:00pm: Ka mutu

Ngā Rā Timata – Start Dates for Classes

22 May – Kata’s classes begin:

• Level 1: 3:00pm – 5:00pm

• Level 2: 5:30pm – 7:30pm

29 May – Purere’s classes begin:

• Level 2: 3:00pm – 5:00pm

• Level 3: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
