We acknowledge receipt of the request for a Special General Meeting (SGM) to discuss the concerns raised at the whānau hui held on 23 February and 9 March 2025 at Takapūwāhia Marae.
As per the Rūnanga Rules a Special General Meeting must be held within 30 working days from the date the request was made.
Iwi members must also be given 20 working days notice of the Special General Meeting.
The Special General Meeting is called as follows:
Date: Sunday, 4 May 2025
Venue: Parehounuku, Takapūwāhia Marae
Time: 5pm to 7pm.
Iwi members can collect hard copies of the relevant documents from the Rūnanga office (3 Wi Neera Drive) or the Rūnanga office upstairs at the back of the marae.
Electronic copies of the Rūnanga response can be requested via email requestresponse@ngatitoa.iwi.nz.
