You will be joining the Cultural Servies team at Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira, a close-knit group dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing the wellbeing of Ngāti Toa’s environment, culture, and people. We collaborate across various functions to drive projects that ensure our iwi’s aspirations are met through effective reporting, monitoring, and compliance systems. The team thrives on innovation, support, and a shared commitment to advancing the mana of our iwi, fostering a strong connection to our values of kaitiakitanga, whanaungatanga, and rangatiratanga.

The Manager – Cultural Services is responsible for ….
• Overseeing the design and delivery of the cultural services within the Runanga
• Managing staff to deliver high quality outcomes aligned to business and annual plans
• Provide support to the Pou Toa Matarau
• Connect marae and hapu to outcomes for the broader tribe.

Your high-level experience and professional expertise in cultural design and delivery is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngāti Toa.
