- Primary care delivery in Aotearoa | New Zealand
- Team-based and equity-focused clinical practice
- Clinical supervision and leadership in multidisciplinary teams

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the position
You’ll be responsible for:
• Providing strategic clinical leadership across our community health and general practice teams
• Mentoring and supervising GPs, junior doctors, and registrars
• Driving quality improvement, service development, and clinical governance
• Embedding culturally safe and integrated models of care
• Leading and contributing to innovative solutions that reduce health inequities
This position offers the opportunity to balance hands-on clinical work (minimum 0.2 FTE) with system-level impact (O.4 FTE).
