Pātaka Toa -
Education To Employment
Ensuring Ngāti Toa Whānau have choice, in earning and learning
Education and employment are powerful levers for transforming the futures of our whānau and growing the next generation of Ngāti Toa leaders. When grounded in cultural identity, purpose, and possibility, they become catalysts for intergenerational success.
To realise that success, we must create the right conditions - where whānau are supported with the tools, opportunities, and belief to thrive. Our approach is not to simply deliver services, but to enable choice, strengthen capability, and grow confidence across every life stage.
Through a wide range of kaupapa, we support whānau to realise their aspirations in education and employment - from early childhood and school support to tertiary pathways, career development, and job placement.
Wherever you're at in your journey — we're here to help. Reach out to see how we can support you or your whānau.

Strengthening & growing the inherent capability of our people
