The Board of Trustees aim to exemplify good governance practices and promote board diversity as a key contributor to effective leadership. Nuku Ora is committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi across the organisation and the work they do.

This position is voluntary, and the Board meets every 8 weeks for approximately 2 hours. Other commitments outside of board meetings may include participating in Board sub-committees, attending functions as a Nuku Ora Board representative.
